Members

There are two categories of members: active members and associate members.

They can be active members:

Savings and loan associations and their unions
Housing banks and mortgage banks
Entities that grant and/or manage mortgage loans
Multiple or universal banks with mortgage portfolios
Housing funds, cooperatives, foundations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
Mortgage insurance companies and mortgage securitization companies
Ministries or secretariats of housing and urban planning
Financial organizations: international, regional or sub regional
Promotion and construction companies and union chambers

Associate members can be:

Governing and regulatory entities (ministries or secretariats of State, super intendencies, among others)
Union entities (construction chambers, professional associations, associations of similar institutions, etc.)
Housing development and construction companies.
Service companies related to housing financing (credit rating companies, credit administrators, among others)
Non-governmental organizations
Academic, research and consulting entities
International institutions or international institutions based outside the American continent (related to housing and urban financing).
