The technical mission "Housing Policy and Housing Finance in Panama" is organized by the Inter-American Housing Union (Uniapravi) with the support of the National Bank of Panama (Banconal). It aims to present and provide an in-depth look at Panama's housing policy and housing finance system, focusing on programs and solutions implemented to facilitate access to social housing, analyses of the mortgage and real estate markets, financing solutions for families and for developers and builders, the scope and outlook of the preferential interest rate law, and the challenges facing public banking regarding digital transformation and sustainability.
